Raleigh, please work with us to work with the DOT. This is a terribly designed exit. It's already had to be fixed once because the DOT did such a poor job. I'm not into extra paving, but this area of soil on the corner needs some super low growing groundcover because 10 inches is too high to see over. It's a joke how poorly this exit was designed. One thing that could help is making it one lane and moving the lane as far to the right as possible. It would also be much safer as a one lane exit onto Melbourne.

Also the median at Melbourne and Kaplan is a hazard
